World FM Day is May 14! We would love to share videos from facility managers around this year's theme: Resilience in Action: Thriving in a World of Change. If you record a video on your phone or computer, we will share it by uploading it to YouTube, listing on the World FM Day page or posting it to social media or on Engage. Please record the video horizontally, with your head in the middle of the frame, and choose a location with a simple background and limited background noise. Please keep the video to 30-45 seconds, and make sure to mention World FM Day. Here are some ideas for your video:

• What do you love about being a Facility Manager?
• What is your favorite thing about being an FM?
• How do FMs make a real difference?
• Why do you appreciate facility managers/the profession?
• End with Happy World FM Day!

Please be sure to end your video with the following: "Happy World FM Day from [Your location/chapter name]."
